Preheat the oven to 360°F , place the frozen pastry on to a parchment paper lined baking tray.
Bake for 18-20 minutes and allow it them to cool.
Top with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries cut in half, red currant berries and slivered almonds.
Drizzle with honey (optional).
