Ingredients

Schulstad Large All Butter Curved Croissants
Heart-Shaped Mold, for baking*
Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting
Valentine's Day Themed Edible Sugar Candy
Valentine's Day Themed Sprinkles

Preparation

Remove croissant from freezer and thaw for 15 - 20 minutes.
Cut thawed croissant into pieces to fit into heart-shaped mold (make sure the mold is oven safe!).
Bake at 360°F for 18-20 mins.
*Before baking, cover the croissant in the heart-shaped mold with parchment paper, then weigh it down with a flat sheet pan to control rise and maintain the heart shape.
Remove from oven and let cool. Then remove the heart-shaped croissant from the mold.
While the heart-shaped croissants are still flat, add a dollop of frosting and press a sugar candy on top. The frosting acts as an adhesive to hold the decoration in place.
Turn the heart-shaped croissants on their side so they stand upright, then pipe whipped cream cheese frosting on top.
Finish with decorative Valentine's Day themed sprinkles.
