Ingredients

3ea Schulstad Mini All Butter Croissants
Grape Tomatoes, halved
Shredded Chicken
Roasted Corn
Avocado, diced
Leafy Lettuce Greens
Avocado Ranch Dressing

Preparation

Preheat oven to 360°F. Remove croissants from the freezer and let thaw for 20 – 30 minutes.
Bake croissants for 18 – 20 minutes until golden crisp on the outside. Remove from oven and let cool.
Cut the croissants in half lengthwise for sandwiches.
Layer on leafy lettuce greens, corn, tomato, avocado and shredded chicken. Drizzle avocado ranch on top and finish with the top half of the croissant.
