Ingredients

4ea Schulstad Medium All Butter Croissants
100g white chocolate (melted)
Acai powder or light rose gel food color
Dry Raspberries, optional

Preparation

Preheat oven to 360°F. Remove croissants from the freezer and let thaw for 20 minutes. Bake croissants for 18 - 20 minutes until golden crisp on the outside. Let cool.
Separately, melt white chocolate in water bath or in the microwave.
Water Bath Method: Metal bowl set directly into a skillet with about 1" water. The water is brought to a simmer, then turned off; the bowl of chocolate melts using the residual heat.
Add acai powder or food coloring to melted white chocolate until it's the desired pink color you want.
Dip the croissant into the white chocolate until it is full covered. Top with dry raspberries for added crunch.
