4 ea Schulstad Large All-Butter Croissant
45g Red Velvet Frosting
45g Chocolate Frosting
Festive Sprinkles, optional
Mini Chocolate Chips

Red Velvet Frosting

1pc Red Velvet Cake, slice
8 oz Cream Cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 360°F, and place the frozen croissants onto a parchment paper-lined baking tray. Thaw for 20 - 30 minutes.
Bake croissants for 18 – 20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool thoroughly before proceeding.
Decorate with red velvet and chocolate frosting. Top with mini chocolate chips and festive sprinkles (optional).

Red Velvet Frosting

Gather the bowl for your mixer. Place the slice of red velvet cake into the bowl (the cake can be store-bought).
Add 8 oz of cream cheese to the bowl and mix together on medium to high speed. Add sugar to taste (optional). Mix thoroughly.
Transfer red velvet frosting into a piping bag to decorate pastry.
