Chocolate Hazelnut Filled Croissant
A rich, butter croissant filled with sweet chocolote and hazelnut genache and topped with chocolate. Made in Belgium with real Belgian chocolate. Pre-proofed for operator convenience, simply thaw for 30 minutes and bake.

Storage at 0°F or colder. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Place frozen pastries on a lined baking tray at least 2 inches apart. Return case to freezer. Do not let remaining product thaw in case. Thaw croissants for 30 minutes. Set a convection oven @ 350-360F or a rack oven at 400-425F, bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes or until deep golden brown.
