Almond Filled Croissant
A rich, buttery croissant filled with sweet almond paste and topped with almond slices. Made in Belgium. Pre-proofed for operator convenience, simply thaw for 30 minutes and bake. Powdered sugar included in the case for decorating after baking.
IngredientsWheat Flour, Water, Butter (Cream), Sugar, Almonds, Yeast, Eggs Whites, Invert Sugar, Salt, Wheat Gluten, Ascorbic Acid, Enzymes, Egg.
Storage at 0°F or colder. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Place frozen pastries on a lined baking tray at least 2 inches apart. Return case to freezer. Do not let remaining product thaw in case. Thaw croissants for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 360°F (convection oven) or 375°F (deck or rack oven). Bake croissants
